ASUS G51 fa parte della famiglia dei notebook limited edition Republic of Gamers, una serie di portatili appositamente studiata per videogiocatori esperti ed esigenti. Questo laptop offre uno schermo LCD da 15,6" Glare Full HD a 120Hz compatibile con le ultime schede video Nvidia GeForce 3D e per l'esattezza questo ASUS equipaggia una GeForce GTS 360M con 1GB di memoria. Le specifiche interne del prodotto sono caratterizzate da un processore Intel Core i7 720QM CPU, un quad Core a 1,6GHz per Core con Turbo Boost, 4 GB di memoria ram DDR3 a 1066MHz, reparto storage affidato ad 1 hard disk per un totale di 500GB,  DVD writer e Sistema Operativo Windows 7 Home Premium.
